A woman was critically injured when she was involved in a three-car collision at Zabbar this afternoon.

The woman was in a Maruti van and reports say she flew out of the van on impact. The van hit another car and then a stationary car.

In another accident this afternoon, a minibus mounted the pavement and crashed into a shoe store in Paola Square.

And in yet another accident, two cars crashed near the Mosque in Paola as well.
